Resisting arrest? But that's not all that it is.

 

We've seen resisting immediately followed by grabbing a weapon or some other life threatening behavior by someone who, in the moment, has no credibility. This is why everyone knows to not resist. Don't say anything incriminating. Let a lawyer deal with it once the facts come out.

 

Oh, what's that? The person knows the facts aren't on their side? Which is why "resisting arrest" is probable cause for serious concern.
