U.S. authorities have imposed "blacklist" restrictions on three Russian military and civilian scientific facilities, citing their alleged involvement in chemical and biological weapons research.

Those targeted by the U.S. Commerce Department include one Russian Defense Ministry facility that is involved in Russia’s attempts to develop the world's first COVID-19 vaccine.

Russia's blacklisted civilian facility is the State Research Institute of Organic Chemistry and Technology.

I smell DeepState at work here on the sanctions

The sanctions bundle includes locations linked to Novichok which is related to the Skripal poisoning affair in Salisbury England, which if you followed will understand was closely linked to the Russian Collusion and Russia bad narrative. There are holes all through the event which lead many to suspect MI6 involvement. And the Skripals disappeared never to be seen again

So… If there is DeepState involvement in the sanctions bundle… Why are they really blacklisting the research institute that is developing the CoViD19 vaccine faster than any Big Pharma company?🤔
