The tech is not even secret or classified - it's discussed in the magazine of the US Army War College. There are absolutely frequencies that can be used to induce various states, either narrowly targeted to an individual (even in a crowd or city), a group, a city block, a city that can induce:
pain
fear
panic
sexual frenzy (that's what they said)
somnambulance (sleepiness)
even physical effects, like the LRAD heats the water in your cells and feels like burning, or sounds that you can't hear as well but cause serious pain.
The LRAD is more widely known, but others have been used (like in Iraq -remember the frenzied people pulling down Saddam's statue?) but strategy-wise /ourguys/ have not really used this tech on the US public because 1) there may be objections and 2) not showing our enemies/opponents internationally what we have.
It certainly is odd for a person to spend so much time somewhere, creating word-salad/nonsense posts with truly pathetic graphics, and pretend to be a bot. He used to spend a lot more time on the graphics, now it's really low energy crap.
