INSTA-BAN ALGORITHM
The way this works by finding a "hash" of the file (a fingerprint of the file) matching a hash in one of the shared databases of suppressed content. This database is shared among all major socials, all across the earth. It's updated in real-time, as new effective counter-narrative memes are reported and their hash is recorded to the database. (They are misusing tech designed to suppress illegal content.)
This is one reason why original (new) memes are much more effective than recycled old memes (which have been cataloged already).
Applies to images and video.
To circumvent (to some extent) edit the meme image/video to adjust the CONTRAST slightly (any random adjustment under 15% is still easy to see, but changes the hash entirely), and save with new name. In case of video, you need to adjust contrast and re-render the whole thing.
This will likely get past the insta-ban hash match, but some AI's may be able to compare in other ways - so it's not 100% answer. The best answer is new Internet Bill of Rights that will prevent publishing platforms like the big socials from censoring legal free political speech, while still allowing techniques like hash tables and AI to identify illegal content and report these posts in real time to authorities.
