While riding the wave of interest in "blockchain technologies." Perhaps knowing that Trump & team are going to clamp down on the illegal or secret harvesting & sales of customer data.
Based on the headlines I'm seeing, it's set up to collect customer data to benefit the companies that will want to buy it, but the public-facing sales pitch is that it protects and rewards customers.
