West coast smoke update.
It literally looks like MARS outside in Western Oregon. I am guessing this will be the final nail in the coffin of many small wineries in the area.
They are evenly spaced down the cascades as well. Like they are trying to make a smoke-wall across the whole state.
In the movie it was the US made to fight Russia. It seems like today we are looking at the US fighting China. Is that happening because they have been outed (we were supposed to fight Russia but stopped) or was China always the opposing force?
Thats the point… NORMAL is the problem. we do not want things to go back to normal. Things getting worse is GOOD.

Jew who worked with the Nazis to "kill jews" in a death camp. Nothing that happened with any of WW2 and jews and nazis etc makes any sense. The only thing that really changed post WW2 was the creation of Israel and the ending of European colonialism more or less.
Nothing about what we were told of that time is real. I would not be surprised if the greater goal of the entire conflagration was simply do achieve exactly what happened… Create Israel, end European domination world wide. Now who would benefit from that.
