CA Fires, Why No Backfires? Resource Grabs, Directed Energy Weapons, Depopulation

Early stream from Laz today in response to a video posted by dutchsinse 9/8/20 regarding seeing a live DEW of some sort going to/from the area of Malheur National Refuge. This is the area where they were mining Uranium for Uranium 1, and where the Bundy et al stand up took place during January of 2016. This makes one wonder if the fires in California are assisted by DEWs.

Laz explores this video and also goes on to ask the questions many of us ask ourselves about the fires in CA. Why don't they hardly ever start backfires? This is a normal method to contain and stop the spread of wildfires, but it just does not seem to be utilized much.
