I was listening to Chris Plant Radio show short time ago. A caller said that he was an digital audio expert as well as voice impersonator.
He said that he had just listened to a Joe Biden ad and was positive that they intentionally sped up Joes Voice at the end when Joe says "I am Joe Biden and I approve this ad".
Didn't listen long enough to see if host was able to find it and play it.
I am just posting this so you will keep your ears open and maybe hear it.
