We have about 2 months to physically prepare.
If we have to survive attacks, and/or make quick and powerful moves… it is in our best interest to get in our best physical condition.
Portion control, and healthy food should be strict to cut weight.
Lifting is mandatory to build, and maintain muscle.
Running, jump roping, and burpees to get your circulation/stamina strong.
Stretch and sleep well.
These are very easy and inexpensive ways to be ready if you are worried about your condition.
