So wait…Sorry, this is just really pissing me off right now

 

If they can do this to a biker rally, why don't they use this type of surveillance on the riots?! The only numbers of out of town rioters comes from the arrests.

That's great and all, but it's just the command staff. So they are leaving the patrols out to hang? Because they have to know this won't change anything. Not unless the ENTIRE force retires
