Hillary's nuclear war plan was stopped by Trump immediately on taking office, but there are still officers with control of significant resources working for the communists.
Russia is not entirely the good guys, because they still have infiltrators within their power structure, but for the most part, those who hold the overall power, just want Russia to live in and control their own land, and to have peaceful trade relations with neighboring countries.
