I was aware of this foundation because it was tied to Marina Abramovic.

Allegedly she was flown around US embassies to showcase her "art" (https://art.state.gov/portfolio/belgrade_embassy_2013/) yet her name does not appear on the artists page of the foundation (https://fapeglobal.org/artists/)

as I was scanning the site I saw they had a "Family fun FAPE coloring kit" created by a donald robertson and CMYK+WHITE (pics related)

between donalds insta which seems to feature his kids a lot and cmyk's pizza with heart pepperoni stickers for sale I think I'm onto something.

iirc embassy to embassy travel doesn't include thorough security so would be ripe for trafficking.
