Considering we keep getting told we are 'watching a move', should we be taking this more literally?

Has anyone noted in the storyline of Arrival the key character role that Chy-na plays in the potential undoing of everything until the visionary lead character through her intuitive guidance makes contact with the Chy-nese leader to replay the message of his dieing wife to stop the apocalyptic outcome… further proof, she knew the outcome, she knew how to stop it, she did stop it.
Also entire movie is based on symbology, that no one could decipher initially, much the same for most peoples unawares of cabal symbol f*&kery.
Is there 'not of earth' beings assisting us in the undoing of this shitshow?
Is her character showing us Q…?
We've seen castle rock references before, so;
Thinking on Castle Rock the series:
Is the key character not essentially the incarnation of the 'devil' itself? Influencing the world in its presence.
We've also been told MANY times, this is biblical, good vs. evil.
Is there more reality to this as being literally, the good vs. the evil here taking place right now on our earthly plane?
