A friend just sent me this link to a NASA site that shows all the fires burning around the planet right now. You can scroll the screen around. Start in California or Oregon and then scroll down to Central America and then over to Africa.
Most of Brazil and the entirety of Central Africa are absolutely covered in little red dots!
It looks like entire countries are on fire!
