Thinking about the 4th amendment theory got me thinking about the implications of being able to legally strip the cabal of their constitutional rights.

Anons, this is gonna be fun.

Imagine the deep state being LEGALLY stripped of their 5th and 6th amendment rights. Meaning putting them into a rigged trial with no due process becomes legal. It would be the ultimate “perfect equality” style punishment for what they’ve done to we the people for years.

Then the fun part. The Deep State being legally stripped of their 8th amendment rights. Meaning they can be punished in ANY way we want no matter how cruel and unusual.
