Twitter seems to be trending phrases rather than hashtags now.
See 'Congratulations Mr. President' as well, trending and rocketing, reached No1 position until twitter pulled it at 12K. Also around 11am EST.

'Lordy' phrase trending at 17.7K tweets with
'200k Americans' trending with 9.4K tweets.
Both phrases not hashtags.
Both anti-POTUS.
'Lordy' is about the POTUS/CV tape,
'200K Americans' is about CV deaths.
Looks like we should be hijacking / fighting trending phrases.
