no. once had a bass pond on 100-acres with a big house from the 1790s, but had to scale back to have no debt and the school taxes were $10k! …and the house was a money pit…. Down to ten acres and small newer house, but horse specialty place ; got a live spring, so could make a pond eventually, with a little machine help ; my mares like the easier lifestyle of this place, but it does not have the quaintness for the humans like the old place
