Speculation. Your ISP may be blocking 8kun domain. If you get a VPN you would tunnel securely past your ISP's blockade (via clearnet) and not have to use TOR to get here.
Might want to give it a try. There are some free VPNs available and if it works, then I would recommend researching VPN providers and selecting a paid one that meets your needs. There are tons of VPN reviews available.
1) Get a VPN
2) Use regular browser not TOR
3) Use 8kun's clearnet link
4) Post images
If you still can't access 8kun or post images, that would rule out my hypothesis that your ISP might be blocking the domain.
