Wouldn’t doubt Nancy would use the wildfires as a bargain chip for leverage to get what she wants. Will probably say they need money to put out the fires and then try to stuff a trillion dollars or two of pork on top and say Republicans and Trump just want California to burn if they don’t pass the pork loaded bill.

Nancy delayed stimulus deal because of all the pork on the bill she wanted to add so Trump had to do EO and did best he could. She and her democrat peers would rather have people evicted, penniless and in the streets than to agree to a reasonable compromise.
