Only off by one year. That was in Feb 2019.
It wasn't the DEWs last year. It's not the DEWs this year either.

It saw the raw video last night when it was first posted. It's looks like a contrail or line of cloud being briefly illumined from the side by the setting sun. Could also be (although less likely) another satellite streaking by in lower orbit.
