Report him to the IRS ect. I'm a business owner and its also a tax break for business as well. The Feds have been double taxing on employees through their employers illegally in my opinion. "Double taxation" Employers have to match all Federal taxes taken from their employees. I'll be saving about 4k just in employee payroll taxes per year.
