There are some .gov sites where you REQUIRE the https:// at the beginning of the URL. This means you need to copy the whole URL and remove the one space.

 

Also, sometimes when copying a URL you get a bit more. If you see %20Q at the end, remove it. Or even just %20.

 

The file does exist, the site works, but you need to double check the URL you copied.

Do Supreme Court judges really have that much power? Or is the problem that nobody has yet challenged them? Seems to me that in a system of checks and balance, each of the 3 branches has to have some limits on its powers.
