That's totally irrelevant. Trump made it appear that he has been broken by the deep state. He appears to have flip flopped on a key part of his campaign promises. Rasmussen may say that his approval ratings are high, but there is no doubt he sucked the enthusiasm out of a significant number of his supporters, probably most. Why? For what?
