They use this as an excuse to bomb the hell out of Cabal weapons (chemical & who knows what else).

They get a big, public Cabal member like McCain to praise the attack giving further credibility to their gambit. Even those that cabal members that are aware that McCain cut a deal have to be shaken by seeing one of their own playing for team Trump. They might wonder who else has changed teams. They get suspicious of all their friends.

Meanwhile, Clowns know that they're losing power. They're desperate and will take down as many human lives as they can with them. So, Q is trying to take out as many deadly mass weapons as they can.

I guess now we're onto Iran. Once all the big weapons have been neutralized, they will try to take control of the American media (or at least create a reliable path for some sunshine). Only then will they start with big actions in the US.
