I'm calling 9/28 as a significant day.

I'll try to be concise about why. When Q posted on 8/26, he linked a Trump tweet then followed it w/ 4 lines of text each starting with the word ONE (all caps). I had just recently seen someone point out that 11/11/20 will be 1111 days since the first Q post. The four ones reminded me of this, and I calculated the number of days from 8/26 to 11/11. It was 77. Repetition of digits, so maybe significant.

Today, I notice Q keeps calling Obama "44." Usually he says Hussein or BO, so I took note of this. Thinking of my previous theory, I checked what day would be 44 days until 11/11. Of course, it's 9/28. Went back to check for previous posts on that date. Q posted on this date in 2018. The first post at 12:01 AM on 9/28/18 (Q2288) reads:
