If black budget money was used to create, launch, operationalize, and market monopolize then we not only own those companies that were directly materialized, but are the controlling shareholders, not intelligence agencies and foreign manipulators.

To the extent that those firms have created a digital gulag for Americans, then a state of war against elements of our government and any coconspirators exists.
