Historical guy replaced by actor
One color underlines now two other colors
Deskewed the background, i.e. made a half assed attempt to make the black wedges look like the main BG
Smudged out the guy's avatar in upper left and some white text overlay
Forgot to get the white X
Tried a magic wand select to get rid of the rainbow effect in the BG
Very clumsily done but who knows, maybe that is good
In other words a bit of crayon scribbling on a meme might be all that is needed.
