A structural point can be any clump of an image anon. They're randomly assembled bits based on images it has seen before.
Note, the chunks can be very small chunks, so if for example you feed in a few pepe heads, you can pretty much match all pepe future heads with pieces from other pepe heads.
This is a gross simplification but that is basically what goes on.
