I hear, and have heard the tones in the past.
But there are a couple other things about this track that strike me as well.
lyrics mention skull and bones at 1:20. same verse

then we have pic related which is shown at the start and towards the end of the video.
and on top of that, it's a very sloppy mastering job. i can hear three very distinct parts where the audio engineer should have cut the vocal track. Once at :33, again at :56, and again at 2:03. These are very easy to hear, and I almost wonder if they're intentional. Or it was a rushed track.
