Revisiting Q post from 9/9, I went looking to understand the following lines:
>Pentagon [SR 1-4] backroom prep _dry run campaign [refusal]?
>USD(I)_JCS [2]
Under Secretary of Defense for Intelligence (Joseph D. Kernan) and Joint Chiefs of Staff (8 members, see pic-related)
>Refusal to concede narr?
Media talking of military intervention options if Trump refuses to concede (regardless if he wins)
>Challenge legally battleground [4].
They think they would only need to win legal battles in 4 battleground states (FL, PA, AZ, MI, WI or maybe NC?) to swing the election to Biden.
Is Q pointing out Kernan USD(I) and 2 of the members of the JSC as potential traitors who are actively plotting against a POTUS electoral victory? Who on the JCS are the least trustworthy?
