iirc that cam was a 5sec frame exposure. it doesnt look like a plane, but its impossible to be sure exactly what it was with this vid. why do you think its the only one the pentagon has released in 19 years? they could easily release other definitive footage if they wanted to.

kinda makes sense i guess. they are probably mostly clerical and oversight staff. the work they do is probably all given to the private sector. the MIC has been doing this for decades because the private sector isnt subject to FOIA. what they create becomes proprietary and we dont have a right to know about it.
