This is absolutely not true. There is maybe 500 people who would be forced to evacuate not 500,000. The areas they evacuate are REMOTE and IN THE WOODS. We are not talking a city here, Not even a small town. Think of a small area with a dozen houses half of which are second homes. 8k in Mollala is not half a million.
