Rosa Brooks "Rosa Brooks is an ASU Future of War senior fellow at New America. She was also a 2014 Bernard L. Schwartz Fellow with the New America Fellows Program. Brooks works with the ASU Future of War project, writing about the changing nature of warfare, the changing role of the U.S. military and need to rethink core assumptions about the laws of war. She is the author of How Everything Became War and the Military Became Everything.

New America is headed by none other than Anne-Marie Slaughter of HRC State Department fame where, according to the IRS Form-990 on New America, she makes over $500K a year. New America is funded by some sketchy ones indeed, including (in the Million Dollar Range) the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, Google, Open Society Foundations, The Ford Foundation and The Omidyar Network.
Another interesting name listed as a New America employee in the Form-990 is Cecilia Munoz who was a hussein appointee lauded in the Latino appointments w/in the first 100 days of his shit show regime. Some anons may remember a long ago post about top secret White House memos involving Adm. Rogers and executive secretaries from the IC community and across the government. Cecilia Munoz was a part of those meetings and is listed as "Assistant to the President and Director of the Domestic Policy Council". (Refresher: Also attending those meetings were Gauhar, Rybicki, Jonathan Lachman, and Kristin Bakotic (exec. secretary to VP Biden) with cameo appearances by Valerie Jarrett and the Millenium corporation.)
