Amicus Judge John Gleeson filed his brief reply today in the ongoing deep state persecution of General Michael Flynn.

Federal charges were dropped against General Michael Flynn on May 5, 2020 after internal memos were released raising serious questions about the nature of the investigation that led to Flynn’s late 2017 guilty plea of lying to the FBI. This came after the DOJ found that the interview of General Flynn in the White Hous was conducted without any legitimage investigative basis.

It was over four months ago now that ALL charges were dropped against General Flynn.

But Clinton-appointed Judge Emmet Sullivan made a dirty, political move to delay justice for General Mike Flynn. This far left DC judge refused to drop the case after all charges were dropped about General Flynn.

This is unheard of and proves the rule of law is broken in the country today.

Judge Sullivan extended the case by soliciting amicus briefs to allow for public comment on Flynn’s criminal case.

Judge Sullivan also appointed retired Clinton appointee judge John Gleeson to argue against the government’s motion to dismiss the charge against Flynn!

This move by Judge Sullivan came after the US Supreme Court ruled just one week earlier that rogue judges CANNOT do what Judge Sullivan just did!

The Supreme Court ruled 9-0 to prevent judges like Emmet Sullivan from becoming tyrants on the bench.

On Friday Judge Gleeson released his amicus brief. He believes charges were dropped against Flynn due to politics.

In fact, the exact opposite took place and Judge Gleeson is part of it!

BIG TECH COLLUSION: Facebook, Twitter and Google Announce Measures to Censor Pro-Trump Information Before the Election

Big Tech companies are putting in place measures that will prevent Trump supporters from openly communicating and promoting their candidate before and after the election. Big tech will collectively put their knee on the neck of democracy.

After the 2016 election the Democrats, who had run the US into the ground during the previous eight years of the Obama Administration, put together a plan to destroy the new media (i.e. entities like The Gateway Pundit) which helped share President Trump’s message before the election. Their plan, endorsed and disseminated by Soros-funded Media Matters, was to crush and destroy every successful new media outlet which shared information complimentary to the truth and in support of President Trump.

Numerous individuals have had their accounts taken down by Twitter which shadow-bans and censors pro-Trump accounts, adds disclaimers to tweets, and misrepresents the number of followers and responses to tweets. For example, President Trump with more than 85 million followers rarely receives more than 15,000 retweets to his individual tweets which compares to other accounts with less than a half a million followers. To see the President’s tweets a follower has to go to his account because his tweets are not shared. This happens to many, if not all, large and small effective conservative accounts. Twitter is now even taking down tweets the President shares.

Facebook stopped freely sharing conservative posts shortly after the election. Individuals might share a conservative article but the article never reaches the ‘friends’ of the Facebook user, and if it does, it’s buried in the individual’s timeline.

MEDICAL FRAUD: CDC Includes 5,692 Intentional Injuries and Poisonings in their Total US Coronavirus Death Count

Bahrain to follow UAE in normalizing relations with Israel, Trump announces

The kingdom of Bahrain will join the United Arab Emirates in signing a peace treaty with Israel next week, US President Donald Trump has announced, becoming the second Gulf Arab nation to do so after US mediation.

“Another HISTORIC breakthrough today!” Trump tweeted on Friday, making the long-rumored Bahrain deal official.

He also posted the text of a joint statement with King Hamad bin Isa bin Salman al-Khalifa of Bahrain and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, confirming that a representative of the Gulf monarchy will attend the September 15 ceremony at the White House and sign a Declaration of Peace with Israel alongside the UAE.

The tiny Gulf monarchy, ruled by a Sunni dynasty closely allied with Saudi Arabia, is the second Arab country to recognize Israel in the past month, openly crediting Trump’s mediation efforts for the move. The Bahrain-UAE peace treaty with Israel is the first such document since Jordan made peace with the Jewish state in 1994.

After the UAE announcement on August 13, Trump teased that other countries were going to follow suit “soon.” Bahrain was rumored to be on that list, not the least because Manama hosted the 2019 Peace to Prosperity workshop, intended to pitch the economic portion of Trump’s “Deal of the Century” proposal to end the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. Though the Palestinians have roundly rejected both the economic and the political proposals coming from the White House, the Emirates and Bahrain have decided to recognize Israel.

US prosecutors disrupt Spanish probe into alleged CIA-linked firm which spied on Assange

US prosecutors are reportedly refusing to cooperate with a Spanish investigation into the company accused of spying on Julian Assange while he sought asylum in the Ecuadorian embassy, unless the judge accedes to a list of demands.

Judge Jose de la Mata of Spain’s High Court is conducting an ongoing investigation into UC Global. The firm was previously in charge of security at the Ecuadorian embassy in London and now stands accused of spying on WikiLeaks founder Assange and passing sensitive information to US intelligence.

Testimony from witnesses, including former staff at UC Global, alleges that the company’s former owner, David Morales, furnished the CIA with recordings and reports of Assange's daily activities and conversations while residing in the embassy.

However, US prosecutors are frustrating the investigation into allegations that the firm spied on the journalist and collected details of his confidential communications with lawyers, politicians, relatives and fellow journalists.

The prosecutors are demanding to know detailed information about the judge’s sources, as well as his current suspected recipients of the illegally obtained private information in the US, before they will cooperate with the investigation, El Pais is reporting.

Judge de la Mata has asked US prosecutors for the IP (Internet Protocol) addresses of all devices that are believed to have connected to UC Global’s server, based in the Spanish city of Jerez de la Frontera, from the US.

This server is believed to have stored all of the illicit recordings made by cameras installed by the firm in the Ecuadorian embassy. It is also where reports detailing each and every one of Assange's visitors, including photographs of their passports and assorted electronic devices, were kept.

DoD Confirms $10-$20 Billion COVID Bailout For Contractors After Trump Blasted Military-Industrial Complex

Defense undersecretary for acquisition and sustainment, Ellen Lord, in recent statements has indicated the private defense firm stimulus would cover the period from March 15 to Sept. 15 and is estimated at “between $10 and $20 billion.”

Coronavirus measures more divisive for UK than Brexit – poll

“Social fractures” provoked by measures to stop the spread of the coronavirus in the UK have turned out to be deeper than those triggered by Brexit, a think tank warned after polling thousands of people.

Around 68 percent of those who abide by the lockdown rules have “strong negative views” about people who violate the restrictions, the survey by the think tank Demos revealed.

The same goes for face masks, with 58 percent of respondents who use protective gear saying they have “severely negative attitudes towards non-mask wearers.”

The online survey took place between July 31 and August 7, with 10,061 people taking part.

The think tank pointed out that the Covid-19 measures have been even more divisive for the country that the referendum on Britain’s future in the EU in 2016.

Only 33 percent of ‘No’ voters said that they “resent, hate, or think people who voted for Brexit are bad people.” And the ‘Yes’ voters were even more positive, as only 20 percent of them had negative feelings about the ‘Remainers’, according to the survey.

Demos chief executive Polly Mackenzie said she was “deeply worried” by the results of the study, telling the Mirror that there is “the urgent need for us to come together and have a national conversation about the future, before the divisions become too entrenched.”

Abortion doctor who bragged about killing babies before they have a chance to scream has her medical license suspended

Dr. Leah Torres, an Alabama abortion doctor famous for making inflammatory statements on social media, had her medical license suspended by the Alabama Board of Medical Examiners late last month.

According to AL.com, Torres, who had been serving as medical director of West Alabama Women's Center in Tuscaloosa on a temporary license, was denied certification for lying on her application.

"The Board denied an application for a certificate of qualification on Aug. 19, and on Aug. 27 temporarily suspended her license to practice medicine 'until a hearing is held on the allegations against her,'" the report stated. "The letter of notice from the Board of Medical Examiners says that Torres, in her application, gave false answers to several questions including whether her staff privileges had ever been revoked or suspended at any hospital or health care facility."

The letter of notice also stated that Torres made "public statements related to the practice of medicine which violate the high standards of honesty, diligence, prudence, and ethical integrity demanded from physicians licensed to practice in Alabama."

The Daily Wire reported that, back in 2018, Torres made national headlines for a since-deleted Twitter post bragging about cutting a fetuses "cord" before they have an "opportunity" to scream.

"So [if] it's not for the money, is it because you just like infanticide?" one Twitter user asked Torres. "Do you hear their heartbeats when you lay down at night? Do you hear their screams?"

The abortionist responded: "No. You know fetuses can't scream, right? I transect the cord 1st so there's really no opportunity, if they're even far enough along to have a larynx."

"I won't apologize for performing medicine," added Torres. "I'm also a 'uterus ripper outer,' if that's how you'd like to describe hysterectomy."

In response to the suspension, a spokeswoman for the West Alabama Women's Center, said the board's decision was "based on misunderstandings."

"West Alabama Women's Center is following all state guidelines regarding its operation," the spokesperson said. "We believe the actions taken regarding Dr. Torres's licensing application are based on misunderstandings concerning documents she filed with the Board of Medical Examiners and the Medical Licensure Commission. We know Dr. Torres to be an entirely honorable and professional doctor and look forward to the resolution of the issues relating to her application and license."

AL.com noted that a host of pro-life groups had filed complaints to the board about Torres.

"The abortion industry feels they are not accountable to anyone and you can see it in the way they operate," said the Rev. Terry Gensemer, director of Charismatic Episcopal Church for Life. "They are used to getting away with things like injuring women or hiring doctors who lie on their medical applications. However, in Alabama, citizens are making certain the state holds these places accountable. Abortion is not welcome here, and we are exposing these clinics: prayerfully, peacefully and legally."

The report noted that the West Alabama Women's Center is a major abortion provider in the state. The clinic performed 3,371 abortions in 2018, which is more than half of the total abortions performed statewide that year.

'Legitimate response to the erroneous US moves': China imposes tit-for-tat restrictions on American diplomats

Beijing has introduced reciprocal restrictions on American diplomats and other staff at the US embassy and consulates in China, including Hong Kong, the Chinese Foreign Ministry announced.

A diplomatic note announcing tit-for-tat restrictions had been recently sent to Washington, the ministry said on its website.

These measures are China's legitimate and necessary response to the erroneous US moves.

The limitations on the actions of “senior diplomats and all other personnel” were introduced to persuade Washington to lift restrictions it earlier placed on Chinese diplomats in America which “disrupted China-US relations,” it added.

Last week, the Trump administration said that Chinese diplomats would from now on have to get approval from the US State Department before visiting American university campuses or staging cultural events with more than 50 people attending outside embassy grounds.

The announcement followed the closure of the Chinese consulate in Houston in July, which the US has accused of spying. Earlier, Chinese diplomats were also ordered to inform US authorities of any meetings with state and local officials as well as communications with educational and research institutions.

Washington and Beijing have been trading jabs for months now as tensions keep mounting between the two countries over a whole range of issues.

They include a US crackdown on Chinese telecom giant Huawei and popular video sharing app TikTok over spying claims, as well as the backing of independence movements in Hong Kong and Taiwan by the White House.

Black Lives Matter demonstrators converged on Republican Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell's home on Thursday after Democrats shut down a $500 billion coronavirus relief package.

A crowd of protesters bearing signs and wearing T-shirts showed up at McConnell's Washington, D.C., house shortly after the package failed, demanding money.

"If we don't get $600 — no peace!" the protesters repeatedly shouted. "I said if we don't get $600 — no peace! No healthcare — no peace!"

Other demonstrators shouted, "I can't breathe!" and "Black lives matter!"

One activist with a bullhorn added, "I need that money, and until I get that money, I'm going to be right here on C Street every day until I get it!"

Following the vote on the most recent stimulus spending, McConnell took to Twitter to express his frustrations, writing, "Every Senate Democrat just voted against hundreds of billions of dollars of COVID-19 relief. They blocked money for schools, testing, vaccines, unemployment insurance, and the Paycheck Protection Program. Their goal is clear: No help for American families before the election."

McConnell also appeared on Fox News and hit out at Democrats for failing to provide for needy Americans.

"What part of this bill are they opposed to?" he said. "What we tried to do … was to craft a package that underscored the things that we supposedly agree on — kids in school, replenishing the popular small business loan program, which is out of money, more money for hospitals, and covering unemployment insurance for another six months. What's to not like about that?"

He continued, "What they're saying is, we won't pass things that we are even in favor of, unless you give us trillions more. The national debt is already the size of our economy for the first time since World War II. We're not going to squander funds here. We want to narrowly target the needs of the American people. That's what this vote is about."

Google Will Block Some Search Suggestions to Fight ‘Election Misinformation’

Tech giant Google has promised to block certain autocomplete search suggestions ahead of the November election in an effort to fight “misinformation.” One search suggestion given as an example of election “misinformation” is “You can vote yourself into socialism” given as a search suggestion when “You can vote” is typed in.

Bloomberg reports that tech giant Google has announced plans to prevent misinformation spreading ahead of the U.S. presidential election in November by blocking certain autocomplete search suggestions. The autocomplete program regularly recommends full queries to users once they begin typing words, but Google now says it will remove predictions that could be seen as claims for or against candidates or political parties.

Google also plans to pull claims from the autocomplete program about participation in the election including statements about voting methods, requirements, the status of voting locations, and election security.

If a user types for example “you can vote” into Google’s search engine, autocomplete may suggest a query that includes misleading information according to the company. Bloomberg claims that typing the phrase into Google recently yielded the suggestion “You can vote yourself into socialism,” as the top query. According to Google, this search autocomplete is considered election misinformation.

David Graff, the senior director of global policy & standards at Google, commented on the decision stating: “That might mean some perfectly benign predictions get swept up in this. We think that’s the most responsible approach, particularly when it comes to elections-related queries.”

Breitbart News reported as far back as 2016 that psychologist Robert Epstein of the American Institute for Behavioral Research and Technology had conducted studies that appeared to show that Google manipulated search results.

Epstein and his colleagues tested hundreds of different response terms related to the 2016 presidential election using Google Search, Yahoo, and Bing. The searches were conducted through proxy servers to make it hard for the companies to identify the researchers and personalize results and suggestions.

Colombia: Seven Dead, Hundreds Injured as Rioters Burn Dozens of Police Stations

BOGOTÁ, Colombia — At least seven people have died and hundreds more were injured during anti-police riots in the Colombian capital ofBogotá on Wednesday after police killed a taxi driver after violating quarantine restrictions.

The protests began after Javier Ordóñez, a law student working as a taxi driver during the Chinese coronavirus pandemic, died in the early hours of Wednesday morning. Reports indicate police used a taser to electrocute Ordóñez to death.

Footage from the incident shows Ordóñez, who police stopped on suspicion of violating quarantine restrictions, being held down and repeatedly tasered, presumably after refusing to cooperate. Video circulating on social media appears to show Ordóñez saying “enough please, enough, no more, please” and “I’m choking” as officers kneel on him.

“He’s telling you ‘please,’ we’re recording you, don’t continue. … Why do you continue harming him if he’s said please?” says the man filming the incident. Ordóñez later died in the hospital, leading to a wave of riots.

Protests broke out in the neighborhood of Engativá, where the incident took place, before spreading across the city and eventually to other parts of the country. In Bogotá, rioters targeted police posts known as CAIs, small police stations often consisting of just one room spread across the city, attacking more than 40 of them and burning 12 down.

Bogotá’s left-wing mayor, Claudia López, condemned what she described as “unacceptable police brutality” but also urged protesters to refrain from violence and vandalism.

“Destroying the city won’t put an end to police abuses,” she warned.

The two police officers involved in the killing have been suspended and Defense Minister Carlos Holmes Trujillo ordered an internal investigation into the incident. He also forcefully condemned the rioting and pledged to deploy 1,600 more police to restore law and order.

“Our assessment shows the atrocity of the vandalism, the atrocity of the violence that took place yesterday. This assessment mourns for society every time human lives are lost and it mourns society every time it gave rise to the damage to public goods that are at the service of the citizenry,” Trujillo said.

“The Government’s policy is zero tolerance with the violation of the law and constitutional norms (…) for that reason, we once again reject, with pain and indignation, the facts that could compromise two police officers, and which concluded in the death of Mr. Ordóñez,” he continued.

The riots are merely the latest example of major social unrest in Colombia wreaked by the political left. Last November, mass protests were held across the country demanding a peace deal with the Marxist terror organization National Liberation Army (ELN), which has carried out multiple atrocities in recent years. ELN and other guerilla groups have recently been responsible for killing people failing to abide by lockdown measures as a way of imposing their control over local populations.

Brexiteer Baker Slams Covid Laws, Says Britons Must ‘Live Like Free People’

Steve Baker has criticised the prime minister’s “draconian” new coronavirus rules which were passed without parliamentary scrutiny, saying, “This is not a fit legal environment for a free people.”

The leading Conservative MP has become one of the first in parliament to openly criticise Boris Johnson’s decision on Wednesday to impose strict laws forbidding more than six people from gathering in public or private spaces in response to an increase in the number of coronavirus cases.

Government figures are also reportedly unhappy with the new rules, with a Cabinet source telling the Daily Mail that every minister in the coronavirus response group was against the ‘rule of six’, apart from Health Secretary Matt Hancock. However, the Tory ministers were still reportedly largely in favour of limiting gatherings to eight people.

On Friday, Baker, a leading member of the European Research Group (ERG), told BBC Radio 4’s Today programme: “When you look at the draconian imposition on the British people, the shifting and uncertain legal environment, the lack of scrutiny, and what has changed about this disease, I think it is now time to say that this is not a fit, legal environment for the British people.”

He continued that unless the government can demonstrate otherwise, the time for restrictive laws should be over.

“It’s time for us to actually start living like a free people, not subjecting ourselves to constantly shifting legal requirements,” he said.

MI5 Knew Manchester Bomber Had Visited Jihadist in Prison but Did Nothing

An inquest into the 2017 Manchester Arena terror attack found that MI5 knew that jihadist Salman Abedi, the son of Libyan refugees, had visited an Islamist extremist in prison twice, but did not reopen their investigation into him.

On Wednesday, it was revealed that 22-year-old Abedi had visited Abdalraouf Abdallah in prison twice, in 2015 and 2017, and was in “regular contact” with him in the intervening years. Abdallah had been convicted for trying to help his brother and two other Islamists travel to Syria to join Islamic State in 2014.

MI5, the UK’s domestic intelligence agency, also known as the Security Service, was aware of both these visits but did not act upon the intelligence, according to The Times.

Counsel to the inquiry Paul Greaney QC said “on two separate occasions in the months prior to the attack MI5 received intelligence about Salman Abedi. The significance… was not fully appreciated at the time but which in retrospect can be seen to be highly relevant to the planned attack.”

The inquiry also heard that four months before committing the act of terror, Abedi had been at the deathbed of a suspected extremist Muslim preacher Mansoor al-Anezi, who had a “close association” with a failed suicide bomber. Al-Anezi led prayers at a Plymouth mosque frequented by Nick Reilly, who had tried to commit an Islamist attack at a restaurant in Exeter in 2008. The preacher had been arrested and interviewed over his relationship to Reilly. No charges were ever brought against Al-Anezi.

The North West Counter Terrorism Unit had first brought Abedi to MI5’s attention in December 2010 when he was 15. He was then made a Subject of Interest in 2014 at age 19, but the Security Services removed him as an SOI because they deemed him not a security risk.

The inquiry heard that between 2015 and 2017, he had met two other extremists and had been in contact with other people linked to SOIs. Despite his affiliations, he had never been referred to the government’s anti-extremism programme, Prevent, according to The Mirror.

Pearl Harbor vs. 9/11

When asked the question, “What impresses you more about George W. Bush and Barack Obama, their absence of intelligence or their absence of integrity,” a ready answer comes to mind, and it is clearly not the same for each. But in the case of Bush’s first Secretary of Defense, Donald Rumsfeld, I think you will have to agree that it’s a tough call.

That was the first thing that came to my mind when I saw in the pages of The New York Times that Rumsfeld had essayed a comparison between the momentous events in Hawaii on December 7, 1941, and in New York City, Arlington, VA, and Shanksville, PA, on September 11, 2001. The one big similarity that he was able to note was that—as the official script reads—we were caught completely by surprise in each case.

In turn, that got me to thinking along the lines that I lay out in the opening paragraphs of my article, “America’s Dreyfus Affair, the Case of the Death of Vincent Foster.” Suppose you were a professor of United States history and had the opportunity to give the following assignment to your students in an exam: “Compare and contrast Pearl Harbor and 9/11.” What are the answers that you would be looking for from your best students?

Surely they would have to say that each of the events resulted in our going to war. That’s where the comparison almost has to begin. But no sooner have we written it than a contrast arises. When Japan attacked us, we were, by definition, already at war. Disregarding, for the moment, what might have led up to the attack, one could hardly say about our war with Japan, as with our subsequent invasions of Afghanistan and Iraq, that it was a “war of choice.” One might argue, however, that the war with Germany was a war of choice, even though Hitler declared war on the United States four days later on December 11. His rationale was not, as is commonly believed, that they were obligated by treaty to do so, but that the United States had every intention of going to war with Germany after the attack and he might as well beat us to the punch. One can’t read FDR’s speech of December 9, 1941, and come to any other conclusion than that Hitler was correct in his assessment, whether or not the “beating to the punch” move was wise from a propaganda perspective. That FDR speech laid the blame for the Pearl Harbor attack as much on Germany as on Japan and was clearly intended to prepare the country for war with all three Axis powers, Germany, Italy, and Japan.

The next strong comparison that can be made is that the wars that resulted were wars that powerful people within the United States government wanted to happen. For months Roosevelt had been doing almost everything he could to provoke Hitler into attacking us, but Hitler would not go for the bait. Even Roosevelt’s greatest defenders will admit that this was true. They argue that it was simply the right thing to do to ally ourselves with Britain (and the Soviet Union) against “Nazi aggression.” The big problem, from that perspective, is that the mood of the country was still strongly against our involvement in “foreign wars,” based upon our bitter World War I experience. In a campaign speech on October 30, 1940, as the European war raged, Roosevelt had catered to the national mood with these words, “And while I am talking to you mothers and fathers, I give you one more assurance. I have said this before, but I shall say it again and again and again: Your boys are not going to be sent into any foreign wars.”

Pearl Harbor got him off the hook that he had created for himself with that promise. It wasn’t a “foreign war” anymore because we had been attacked.
