The only way this would work, from LL perspective is if GUARANTEE is given that RBG will step down.

Except that RBG in trouble now is meaningless to 'tarmac' connection bc SHE lost.

'The Plan' can no longer take affect.

Why would RBG be willing to step down now if LL no longer able to step up?

If RBG trouble is occuring now anyway then it must be unwilling.
