The 5 eyes were basically set up to do just that, swap intel, spy on targets in each others countries and share intel on other nations outside the 5 eyes.
The earliest report I've seen on GCHQ spying on Trump is around mid 2015. So they've been spying on him all that time AND STILL FOUND NOTHING. kek
