The way I understood it was that RBG knew what was going on & was willing to resign & let LL take over. Thus the reason "RBG trouble". JMHO of course.
If she was complicit in the plan to place LL as a SC justice, I believe that could be called aiding & abetting in a felony. I certainly could be wrong, but she HATES Trump & recently said that she "has no plans to retire anytime soon".
