With the RBG news, I can't help but think of the Red-Blue-Green primary colors. We know Red and Green are linked to MK as well as the hologram. Not sure how blue fits in, but there's the obvious Project Blue Beam connection, so perhaps all three are tied in.
When Trump pretended to get the news on RBG for the first time, C-SPAN played "Tiny Dancer" in the background. Very unusual.

I have seen some "inception"-like comms about a "dream within a dream" or perhaps a reflection within a reflection.
If there is a reflection within a reflection, dream within a dream, that could mean 2 domes. I'm hesitant, because this adds yet more complexity to an already incomplete model.

Some fantastic insights from anons:
The fact that the colors are reversed, may imply that the second rainbow is simply a reflection (off of the dome) of the first rainbow.
In that model, the dome creates the rainbow and the water droplets allows the rainbow to be seen. Like paint hitting a canvas.
