Something just occurred to me:

Now this is pure speculation; however, what if Judge Sullivan is ‘fighting’ the Department of Justice so as to draw a line of demarcation between Executive/Judicial branches? In other words, Sullivan knows the Flynn case should - and will - be dismissed, but before that happens, he needs to make it appear as though HE is making the decision and not the DOJ. Obviously, calling Flynn a “traitor” (or that Flynn “committed treason” - I cant remember exactly what he said) in court was abhorrent and goes against above theory, but maybe - just maybe - he’s been playing along since the beginning.

You have to remember - a very small number of us actually know how the courts work and yet even we know the case against the 3 star general is fraudulent (modified 302’s, “get him to lie/get him fired”, Biden’s Logan Act proposal, and so on).

The two main reasons I can’t logically believe Sullivan is serious about seeing Flynn found guilty is because:

  1. There was nothing wrong with Flynn calling Russian Ambassador, as he was Trump’s NSA.

  2. Flynn was accused of lying about sanctions; however, sanctions were never mentioned in the call (he did mention reciprocity, but no mention of sanctions specifically).

I don’t know anons, to me, it just seems like Sullivan is playing a role in all of this. I don’t know if it’s for the purpose of Flynn’s case, or setting a precedent for future (maybe ongoing) cases. All I do know is that I am not concerned about General Flynn whatsoever. And what it’s worth, the few times we’ve seen Flynn since this nightmare started, he doesn’t seem too worried about it either (partying, surfing, oath taking).
