Delete the Department of Transportation - wipe it off the board. 90% plus of it's budget is the FAA and nefarious NTSB. Wipe out the DOT, then make the FAA the FTA - Federal Transport Agency and elevate it to replace the DOT. Then farm the NTSB out to Omaha, NE or Bangor, Maine and move the FAA to OKC, where half of it already is.
Easily done with the US Code is on those branches and they are so top heavy after the strike they're ready to get cow tipped.
