Q has said the plan has been on going for at least 3 years. It really ramped up when an FBI agent aka FBIAnon aka James Comey dropped a bunch of serious intel about the state of the US government.
He has been part of the plan for a while, he could not reccomend prosecution for Hillary, LL said she would not prosecute no matter the evidence. So other steps had to be taken. He was very clear about if anything could be done to save the country it would HAVE to be done in a non-transparent way (public disclosure of the plan was not possible)
This is also why Q knew to use the chan's, after seing how well it had worked spreading information/insider drops
Yes, he also re-opening the Clinton probe at the end to help her lose. He had LL on one side and mccabe on the other (hands tied). He then with the help of Rosenstein got himself fired so that he can now promote the book asking the LL question, and even be witness to all sorts of shit going on in the FBI esp under mccabe with approval from HRC and Obama
