Five Eyes ​is a group of 5 countries (US, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand) that have an intelligence alliance agreement. In other words, as post 913 says, Five Eyes is a group of countries who spy on each others citizens so that they don't break their own privacy collection laws.
