Set a time to step away. Use the time to be productive. Clean out file drawers. connect with family. eat right. sleep right. take your vitamins. get away from the computer. go take a nature hike.
then come back. We will keep your seat warm. We all have to do this from time to time. Its a long ass war and no soldier fights in the front 24/7/365…they rotate out.
