tx anon for the info but outcome.com doesn't work for financial times (incognito window likewise) and don't know how to "stop a page from loading" (author doesn't explain how - just says to do it, kek). Wasn't willing to download github code wo/more tech knowledge.
If you can use one of these methods, plz do it - here's the link:

Old story……AP wire story reprinted in local paper, kek.

>>10616020 It’s Not Global Warming: Oregon Officials Announce Arrest of Two More Alleged Arsonists Including Criminal Transient
How many FAKE NEWS local outlets have picked up FAKE STORY that disinfo groups are spreading a "rumor" that wildfires in WA and OR have been caused by arson?
A lot of them.
search term = "officials-battle-online-misinformation-along-with-wildfires"
This AP story got picked up by local outlets has been repackeaged at least SIXTY times– - gotta go to PAGE 7 on Google Chrome before you run out of references.
See CAP.
And what is the claim that is being made? THIS:
''While some arson arrests have been made, it's not yet clear how all the scores of fires in Washington state and Oregon started.''
So because we don't yet know the cause of ALL the fires, it's disinfo to say that some fires - and perhaps MANY or MOST of them - have been caused by arson??
WEAK CLAIM but widely distributed…..
The local affiliates could and should exercise discretion in picking up stories like this indiscriminantly. But ti's the 4 am talking pts scenario.
A CRAP story becomes influential simply bc it's widely distributed, what a crock.
>IBM hired Microsoft to build an operating system for its first personal computer.
Gates didn't even develop MS-DOS.

>They’re mixing fictional problems with real ones, creating a real knot of different narratives
MSM wants only ONE narrative, kek….theirs.
