What I particularly loathe is the narrative the media is pushing that

>right wingers think it's antifa setting the fires

>left wingers think it's patriots/boogaloo setting the fires

Why would any right wingers be setting rural areas on fire? Rural areas are associated with right wingers. Rednecks. Hunters. Fishermen. Why would right wingers be burning the part of the country they favor? It's bogus on its face. Meanwhile the antifa-types despise "hick towns" and the lack of technology in rural areas. There's no motivation by which left-wingers would have reason to believe their opponents would be burning down natural areas, so the narrative is baseless.

>The Democratic opponent of Republican Georgia congressional candidate Marjorie Taylor Greene announced that he is exiting the race Friday.

>“I am heartbroken to announce that for family and personal reasons, I cannot continue this race for Congress,” Kevin Van Ausdal said in a statement. “After lengthy discussions with my team, attorneys, party officials, and others, the answer was clear, stepping aside would be best for the voters.”

>Van Ausdal said that he is moving away from Georgia and as a result, will be disqualified from the race.

…is his wife dying or something? This is highly unusual in 21st century political races.
