Apparently, the trial participant has transverse myelitis (a known vaccine reaction). In typical pharmaceutical sleight of hand a previous case of MS that occurred in association with the vaccine trial has been dismissed as likely not related to the vaccine.
(Despite pharmaceutical company malfeasance "autoimmune" disorders such as MS are relatively common vaccine responses.)
In the US each newborn is given a "heel stick" (blood draw) to test for "genetic disease". Those cards remain in state possession for possible use by researchers.
Often when I read "Chinese government" I can substitute "US government (deep state)" and discover that the exact same things are going on here, just in "American" style.
There is one important way in which Chinese have more freedom than Americans. At least in China (as last I knew, it may have changed by now) you can (theoretically?) SUE a vaccine maker for injury. Since 1986 the pharmaceutical industry has held all the cards against Americans. They are free from civil liability for vaccine injury, taxpayers foot the cost for harm ("vaccine court") and via the CDC they have unlimited ability to mandate every "shot" their hearts and wallets desire.

Been praying about spending money with businesses that are American and Christian. Today I received some pillows from "MyPillow". I really like the pillows but what prompted me to post about the purchase was the Bible verse enclosed on a small piece of paper:
