I have the exact one in that video. Got it a few years ago. Got it back out couple months ago. apparently I need to download SW to it to make it work and I don't have the connecting cable to do so. (it didn't come with it). Found a scanner app in app store 5-0 Radio. works as long as we have cell service I guess.
