Don't believe Kyle is in prison. None of this makes sense. First off, he is a minor- if held, it'd be in a juvenile facility.
With all the support he has, does anyone believe he can't raise bail money?
Also curious as to HOW a minor had his name slathered thru the media. When commie kids get busted, they report 'teen' and omit the name. Not for Kyle!
