Anons.. they can stop hurricanes. While it’s in the ocean they can dust the top of the clouds with black pigment. The clouds become darkened and collapse because sun increases the heat at the high altitude where its cold and lowers dew point. So the sun heats up clouds instead of them being white and reflecting the sunlight.
