But this seems like a pretty reckless way of doing that, don't 'ya think?

Find it pretty hard to imagine it being done in this way.

Wouldn't we see firefighters on the ground nearby to handle any flames that may get wind blown in, or onto, undesired targets.

Seems pretty haphazard for an officially sanctioned government action.

And that area does not seem particularly over forested either.

Along a road?

That makes no sense to anon either.
